A band is a team, remember, and it requires teamwork. So if you think one of you is naturally good at structuring songs let them take the lead. Always listen to each other even if you think your band mate is talking bollocks, try stuff out even if you are not sure about it. Don't talk about stuff to much, if you jam around it often the song will find its own way, talking about it too much can cause needless arguments. Don't overplay a new song; move on after a few hours or else it may lose it's spark and become unplayable.
